I had previously had our insurance with another company for 11 years. When it came up for renewal, I was presented yet again with another large increase in the price. I spoke to my insurance agent and asked if they could shop around to get me some better quotes the girl at that Agency said she would but she was so busy she would get back to me the following week. After eight days I hadn’t heard back so I called again and she was able to get back to me two days after that with the new quote from a new company.
